გამოფენა ავტორის მიერ, 1988-2016 წლების შუალედში შექმნილ დოკუმენტურ და კონცეპტუალურ ნამუშევრებს აერთიანებს და ფეხდაფეხ მიყვება საქართველოს უახლოეს ისტორიას. ალბათ იმიტომ, რომ ისტორია ხშირად იმეორებს საკუთარ თავს, გურამის ნამუშევრები ხანდახან დროის ჩარჩოსაც ცდება და ეხება წარსულს, რომელსაც არ მოსწრებია და მომავალს, რომელიც ჯერ არ დამდგარა. 

გამოფენა 4 ნოემბერს, 19:00 საათზე გაიხსნება და სამი თვის განმავლობაში გასტანს.

Tbilisi Photography and Multimedia Museum presents Guram Tsibakhashvili’s exhibition “Ascending”.

The exhibition brings together a selection of documentary and conceptual works created by the artist between 1988 and 2016, tracing Georgia’s recent history. Perhaps because history tends to repeat itself, Guram’s works often transcend temporal boundaries - touching upon a past that he has not witnessed and a future that has yet to arrive.

The exhibition opens on November 4 at 7:00 PM and will be on view for three months.
